thom had his shots today. he took it like a champ. honestly, i think it hurt me more than it hurt him.
thom was sleeping when it was time for the shots. the nurse woke him up a little and when the needle stuck him he looked so shocked, like, "what are you doing? why are you doing this to me?!" when i looked at his face i wanted to cry but i was brave. i probably deserve a sticker or a sucker or something, don't you think?
but after 3 quick sticks and a minute of screaming, he is now fully immunized (for now). i told him that he'll thank us when he doesn't get hepatitis, whooping cough, or a number of other terrible illnesses. plus, he gets cool, manly dinosaur bandaids on each leg.

such a cute picture!! emmett's 2 month shots were the saddest thing. its so heartbreaking! i won't lie, i had some tears. i definitely think we deserve a treat haha.
