boring post title, i know, but i wanted to just post some pics from my camera for you to gawk at.

1- most important: chris got 4 tattoos. don't worry; they're just tiny little blue dots to help the radiation machine get lined up. but tattoos, all the same. i told him i should get matching ones - wouldn't that be cute? then they marked him up with a marker for a different way to align the radiation machine. personally, i think it looks like illinois...backwards. he starts the radiation treatment tomorrow and we hope to be finished by january so we can get back to normal life!
2- chris went to death valley, ca and looked at more sand dunes.

3-there he and some friends played with tarantulas. boys...

4-i've been spending a lot of time lately planning and getting ready for the service project for work. one component of it is making giant thank you cards for the administrators, secretaries, teachers, and custodians. one of the cards is going to be a pop-up card with snowmen like these.

5-yesterday it started snowing and chris and i were so excited that we decided to drive up the canyon and hike around looking for some natural home decor.

we found a fallen pine tree so we hacked off some of the branches that would make our home smell nice.

6-then today we woke up and....more snow! so after church chris and i got changed and i had my first time shoveling snow! lemme tell you, it's about as fun as it sounds. but now i can add it to my list of things i've done. i never thought i would say this but....yay winter!
