Thom makes a funny squealing noise now. It's almost like he's trying to sing. This video shows it a little bit. He gets quiet and curious when the camera comes out. I caught a little bit of it at the beginning of this clip.
He has always enjoyed hair. He likes to grab his own hair, grab others' hair, and sometimes pull it. Chris is a good sport about it.
He has been making "scratching" movements where he opens and closes his hands, but now his wrist gets involved, too. He moves his fist up and down like he's nodding his wrist yes. Oh the little things that get us excited. (watch his hands in the last video...he's doing it there.)
He has tried several types of baby food now. The only one he hasn't liked very much was the green beans. He makes faces and even gags when he smells them. Oh well, we will try again in a few weeks.
Finally... Thom can now scoot! Ok, it's really just occasionally. And it's not quite a full scoot all the time yet. He's just starting to do it but it won't be long now before we will have to gate up our stairs and protect our outlets! I find that both exciting and terrifying.
